A different lens for each part of the day

A light lens that works at your desk at noon isn't the one you want in bed at 11 pm. Sleep scientists recommend plenty of light during the day and low light for the last three hours before bedtime (Brown et al., 2022).

Got questions?

Which glasses are right for me?

It depends on when you'll wear them. Choose DayLight, a light yellow lens, for daytime screens. Choose Dusk, an amber lens, for the early evening after work. Choose Midnight, our deepest red lens, for the last 1 to 3 hours before bed. On screens day and night, DayLight and Midnight together are $102.

Why not one pair for the whole day?

One tint can't cover the whole day. Daytime light helps keep your body clock on track, so sleep scientists recommend plenty of light by day and low light for the last three hours before bed. DayLight stays light for your screens. Midnight is the deep red lens for those last hours.

Do I need all three?

No. Most people only need two: DayLight for the day and Midnight before bed. Add Dusk if you want a pair for the early evening after work. All three are $144, which is 20% off.

Can I mix lenses and frames?

Yes. Build your set from any lens and any frame. Two pairs are 15% off and three pairs are 20% off, applied automatically at checkout.

What if they're not for me?

Your money comes back in full. You have 30 days from delivery, even if you've worn them. Email support@melavue.store and send them back with their case and cloth. You pay return shipping unless we made a mistake or the pair is defective, and there's no restocking fee.

Why red for the evening? In a lab test of 50 lenses, red tints let through the least of the light that affects the body clock (Mason et al., 2022). Not sure which lens?
